1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using petlyshop.net, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payment via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal, processed securely through Stripe. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all EU countries. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days. Shipping is free on orders over €50. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return any item within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU). Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
6. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your order.
7. Limitation of Liability
PetlyShop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
